On the road with Edwin.

As I sit in the office at The Graham Street Press, I am almost overwhelmed with how great this trip has been so far. I have traveled the country many times but this time it feels like there is more purpose. I have had a great opportunity to share what we do here at Red Earth Trading Co. with so many new people and with all of my friends across the country.  The best part is that this mini-tour isn't even half over!

Website Update

Well friends, its almost here! The new website is in its final stages and we can't wait for you to see it. Last week we had our big photo shoot with models and everything went very smoothly. Now I just have to get everything edited!

Jazz Davis Hair and Make Up

As you might already know, we love working with friends here at RetCo. So when it came time to find someone to do hair and makeup for our model shoot the only person I could thing of was my friend Jazz  Davis. 

Jazz is a freelance hair and makeup artist based here in Nashville TN. She works with everyone from high fashion models to bands and musicians.

Photoshoot Madness!

Hello, everyone!

Life at the Red Earth office has been a bit crazy lately! Our new website is progressing daily and there is a lot to be done before it is launched. I am doing the photography part of the website and, so far, we have been working on product shots. 

Hopefully, we can get the product shots wrapped up by tomorrow so we can move on the next step...model shots! I will keep you posted on how everything is coming along!

Non-profit: Got Your Back

This weekend I got a chance to head to Cornerstone Music Festival in Bushnell, Illinois. While I was there, I got to catch up with my friend Andrea Howat. Andrea is currently on tour with the organization Got Your Back. We love Got Your Back because they love Africa as much as we do!

Got Your Back's shirt-for-shirt program is one of the great ways that they help people contribute to communities in need. Every shirt you buy provides a school uniform to a child that can't afford one. Your purchase helps open doors for children to receive an education.

They are on tour this summer spreading the word all over the country. Head over to gybmovement.org to check their schedule to see when they are coming to a festival near you!
